WARRANTY POLICY

1/  No product manufactured by Frey Industries Ltd. will be considered or given warranty unless a Warranty Card is on file at Frey Industries Ltd.  These cards are included with the information kit supplied with each product.

2/  All products will be considered for warranty for twelve months commencing with the date of sale to the original purchaser.

3/  All components being returned - prepaid, for warranty must be accompanied by an outline of why warranty is being requested.  The outline must be signed by the dealer representative.

4/  All on site or dealer shop warranty work can only be authorized by either the factory or distributor warranty officers.  This authorization, once granted must be confirmed in writing.

5/  No charges for traveling, either for time or distance will be authorized.

6/  All cylinders, and valves that are to be considered for warranty, must be returned - prepaid, in the same condition as they were removed from the assembly.  They are to be sent to the equipment distributor.

7/  Warranty for cylinders, and valves or any component not manufactured by Frey Industries Ltd. will only be granted after the manufacturer of these items has given their approval.

8/  Hydraulic cylinder and valve seals are not covered by warranty if failure is caused by contaminated oil.

9/  Frey Industries Ltd. will not be responsible for any oil added to the hydraulic systems.  Under no circumstances will oil be considered to be a warranty item.

10/  Warranty claim must be submitted within 30 days from date of warranty approval.
