| Installation of the Techno-Bale onto the tractor | ||
|
* Connect the Quick Coupler to the
hydraulics of the tractor
* Place the control levers at a
convenient location for operation while seated
* Open the ball-valve (situated
under the loading arm)
* Install either the extensions or
the stoppers (depending on unloading technique to be used).

| Operating Instructions | ||
|
1-Drive towards the bale,
2-Drop the loading arm to the
ground
3-Align the exterior fork prong
with the far side of the bale
4-Drive right into the bale to
rotate it into position in the forks
5-Raise the loading arm to load the
bale onto the wagon bed.
6-While driving, activate the
pushing bar
7-Continue on to the next bale
while dropping the loading arm (step 2)
8-Once the wagon bed is full,
gather up an additional bale in the loading arm for transport.
9-To unload, drop the bale in the
loading arm, then activate the third lever to raise the dumping
mechanism.

|
For in-line unloading, lift the
platform to 45 degrees (half way) and drive forward.
For vertical stacking, lift the
platform completely (90 degrees) and drive forward.
