"The Techno-Bale is too small" (MODEL 900)

ANSWER :It is fast. It can easily keep up with a baler if the field is within one mile of
the storage site. Once customers start using it they call it "The Little Marvel".
It is so easy to handle that you can pick up five bales in less than two minutes
(four bales of hay are the equivalent of a 16' silage box). Its compact size is a
major asset on softer soils or in wet weather as it does not trace the field. It is
extremely easy to learn. Even people who rarely use a tractor have learned in
short order how to swing the bales around and load them like a pro.
A test drive will convince you.

"My fields are too far apart"

ANSWER :If 80 to 90 % of your fields are less than one mile from the storage site,
the Model 900 (single) is sufficient. For the occasional longer distances,
the bales could be grouped together by the side of the road and be transported
later with a larger wagon. For those whose main fields are farther away
(more than 1 mile), we recommend Model 960 (Double). When you are 10 miles
away, no trailer is cost-effective. Best results are obtained when the customer
chooses the trailer that corresponds to the biggest percentage of his work.

"I am a contractor and I produce 5000 bales per year"

ANSWER :One of our customers runs two balers and two wrappers. He runs two
Techno-Bales, one a Model 900 and the other a Model 960. He elects to use
the model that best corresponds to the distances he will be transporting that day.
He is very satisfied with the productivity attained using this combination.

"My bales are very heavy"

ANSWER :The Techno-Bale was designed to handle bales of 2000 pounds.
For Model 900,when transporting heavy bales, we recommend installing tractor weights on the Techno-Bale in the designated positions.
If the balance is still a problem, we put calcium in the rear tire on the opposite side from the loading arm.

"I've already got a wagon that can carry 18 bales"

ANSWER :Even compared to a large wagon, the Model 900 Techno-Bale is 25% faster if
the field is less than a mile from the storage site. Customers tell us that they transport more bales in a day with the Techno-Bale than they did with their old methods. They get the job done faster and have a better quality haylage.
