Sprintmaster Rake H-1020 / H-105O

The H-1020 and the H-1050 provide faster and more complete raking and gentler hay handling than ordinary parallel bar rakes. In addition to these superior hay handling abilities, the Sprintmaster is exceptionally adaptable to rough terrain, more useful in short crops and rakes wider swaths at higher speeds. The H-1020 and H-1050 cover a big 10/12 ft. Swath with the greatest of eases. The spring loaded fingerwheels follow the contours of the ground independently of each other and of the main frame. Extreme "bouncing" at high speeds if therefore greatly reduced. Long life is assured by simple design, rugged construction and absence of driving parts as all fingerwheels are totally ground driven.
The H-1020 /1050 provide gently rounded corners easy for the baler to follow. The exclusive fingerwheel design prevents hay from tangling in the axles, jet permits dust to flow freely through the wheels.

Wide range of raking widths
Raking width and transport adjustments are made by positioning the drawbar and the wheels. Several adjustments may be made on the rake drawbar, keeping the tractor off unraked hay which prevents compaction and leaf loss. This adjustment in conjunction with the many possible wheel settings gives a wide choice of working widths.

A hydraulic cylinder, operated from the tractor seat, raises all fingerwheels to transport position or lowers them quickly to working position. All wheels lower and raise at the same time.
A turn buckle connected to the heavy duty spring enables the operator of the H- 1020 to adjust the ground pressure of the fingerwheels. On the H-1050 ground pressure can be changed on each fingerwheel by selecting other chain links.

Walking stick fines
The Sprintmaster carries the same fingerwheels as the Acrobat and Atleet. They run on heavy duty roller bearings which guarantees smooth operation and long rake life. Exceptional flexibility is inherent in the long spring steel tines. Their exclusive design produces a "caterpillar" effect, allowing them to walk over the ground, gently combing the hay rather than brushing through it.

The individual tines walk around rocks and other obstacles and go into depressions to get all the hay, even on the roughest ground. The closely spaced tines radiate from center hubs; no need for windshields.

Windrow turner
Designed to gently roll a windrow just half a turn for faster drying the two wheel Mesolpa Windrow turner can be front or rear-mounted to any tractor of 20 HP or more. It works to the right or left side of the tractor and has a working width of 4 ft. (120 cm).
