Trac-Vac Model 288 Leaf Trailer

The Model 288 Leaf Trailer is especially designed for the removal of bulk leaves and grass from curbside and large landscape areas.

Powered by an 11HP Briggs & Stratton I/C engine or a 16HP Briggs & Stratton V-Twin both with electric start and equipped with a six-bladed forward curved impeller, the material is pulled through an eight inch diameter intake hose 12 1/2 feet long on the 11 HP version or ten inch diameter intake hose 10 feet long on the 16 HP version. Fitted with a hand wand for easy loading. The exhaust hose is of heavy-duty metal.

The 6' x 10' x 6' container has a bolt-together angle iron frame with 20GA Galvanneal panels on the sides and fine mesh on top. Self-contained battery operated hydraulics feature a dump to 45 degrees and a unique tailgate that automatically unlatches and relatches itself in conjunction with the dump cycle.

A unique rock trap and cleanout are incorporated into the turbine inlet to safeguard from heavy objects passing into the turbine housing, and a plexiglass panel is featured to monitor load capacity.
