RotaFlow Spreading System
The fertilizer metering system that ensures consistent spread
patterns

The name RotaFlow describes the spreading system; the fertilizer
granules are already rotating when they reach the spreading
vanes on the disc. This initial acceleration of the fertilizer
prevents fragmentation of the granules due to impact with the
vanes and maintains the spreading characteristics of the
material.
RotaFlow spreaders feature two hydraulically operated
metering plates each with three discharge openings. This ensures
an equal fertilizer flow from the hopper to the spreading discs.
Accurate spread pattern in all situations
Accuracy on slopes is one of the strengths of the RotaFlow
principle. The special discharge chamber prevents fertilizer
from falling on to the disc and being hit away by the vanes
directly. The fertilizer always contacts the discs at the same
point thus avoiding striping.

Border spreading
All RotaFlow models can be supplied with two options for border
spreading: border spreading plate or tilt cylinder.
The RS-XL and RS-EDW are also available with the TrimFlow
border spreading system. The TrimFlow can be accurately set for
all types of fertilizer and for all working widths. Operation is
easy, no need to leave the tractor seat.
