Vicon Andex 1503

15 m working width
The Vicon Andex 1503 is a truly high performance machine suited the highest demands. It is fitted with a hydraulic working width adjustment  from 9.5 – 15.00 m. The swath width can be adjusted between 1.4 – 2.5 m, to match the output to the following pick up size.

The ”Hearth of gold”
Vicon Andex 1503 is fitted with rotor heads with 13 tines arm on the front rotor and 15 tine arms on the two rear rotors. With 5 tines on each it adds up to a total of 280 tines. Each rotor is fitted with 6 wheels mounted close to the tines ensuring perfect ground contour following despite a rotor diameter of 3.85 m.

A superbly maneuverable unit
The pivoting headstock allows a turning angle up to 90 degrees and the steered wheel axles ensure these Vicon rakes have unequalled maneuverability. Despite a total length of 9 m, even narrow gateways or approach lanes to fields are easily negotiated.

Super quick change-over
With its clever folding mechanism the total height remains below 4 m – despite a rotor diameter of 3.8 m! And there’s no need to remove tine arms for road transport, conversion from transport to operating position is conveniently controlled from the tractor driver’s seat.

AutoForm in-cab control system
The operator-friendly AutoForm control box gives fully automatic or manual control of the rake. All major functions, e.g. lifting for headland turns or folding & unfolding the unit into transport or operating position, are activated by simply pressing a key.
